I am 31yrs old and I want to learn spanish. Can I do so within two years and be fluent w/o paying thousands of dollars? Is it possible for me to learn 2 languages in 3 years like spanish and italian?

Now that i dont take the class anymore i want to try learning it on my own. If i bought some books that teach spanish(ex.
