this might not help you too much but while your finding someone to help you specifically with business grammar, you could hire a college student to help you with learning the basics of the language. that will get you off to a great start… so that when your learning the bigger words you have at least a little bit of knowledge about how to build proper sentences and how to pronounce the words correctly. some students even get credit for teaching someone else. also you wont have to reach deep in your pockets because a lot of them dont have time for a job so any amount of money should do.
There are many firms which you can hire to help you with implementing this in your business. You will certainly need one if the business is large enough.
