the rule of the thumb….
there is a path ,where other people has been …..I have learn spanish with an small book ,(cheap one )
nouns ,verbs and adjetives. (800 words or less) then joint some -others- “locals english speakers” or someone that is learning spanish but is advanced than You.

If you go to studyspanish.com, there are free lessons and quizzes. Also, you can get a free membership, which will let you save test scores and receive their newsletter, if you want to. All of the other information, however, can’t be viewed unless you sign up and pay for it.
The link above should take you to the page that has the information about the two types of paid memberships. I used to use this site all the time to help review for my Spanish tests, or sometimes just to do it. It’s really easy to understand if you read the lessons and I like that you’re able to personalize the quizzes to a certain extent.
