For free spanish mp3 at this site httpwwwloquellacomaboutloquellahtml if you are willing to pay recommend pimsleur language cds but they are little pricey unless you should find everything you download the torrent.

Everyone elses answers are good. but if you have an ipod or even if u don’t u can download several free podcasts from itunes that will teach u basic spanish.
